The girls in the front were very rude. I believe her name was Mary. Very unprofessional. No name tags. Making faces at the customers. Proper training should be required.

Don’t take your car here. They either incompetent or trying to rip you off. took my Mazda in and had questions about regular maintenance. They said I need to change my oil every 5 months! Did they even look at manual. Says 12 months or 7,500 miles and they wanted add charges for maintenance that wasn’t not due. Avoid this place

The services this place provides are great. The only problem with this place is that they CHARGE VERY EXPENSIVE. I understand the company is located right next to the dealership, or whether this place is connected working with the dealership, BUT they charge a lot for every service. I have been going to Quick Lane for years and the staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The service is quick and I’ve never had an issue with anything they’ve done on my cars. The inside of the building is always clean. They have hot coffee for those that want some. I think I’ve seen a popcorn machine there too 😆 - nice! Wish they had better seats though.
