The Body Shop at Sames Laredo Chevrolet

This place is so bad it’s unheard of. My car got stolen and when it was recovered it got sent here. They received the vehicle and for almost three weeks they only called twice to let me know they were waiting on the part so i could pick up the car. When I went to pick up the car the front lady didn’t talk to me, she walked off so i followed as she got paperwork from another lady they just talked to each about a date one of them had gone on. then they handed me the keys and pointed that car was someone in a general direction. I got in the car and tried to start it but the car was dead. We jumped the car and check engine lights came on. I left the car at the shop and called my insurance. Insur…

Good work done. They just take too long. My car was supposed to be done in a week. Took it in January 17th and was ready on February 13th. Way longer than a week. Grateful that the insurance company extended my rental car. Good work just don't expect your car back quick.

Guys, this body shop has given me such bad customer service. First they called twice to ask where the damage was on my vehicle, then they never called to update me on the vehicle, and then they put on the notes that they contacted me when they never did. Not to mention that they do not answer the calls at the final hour of business. Honestly, I've had better experiences with other body shops. I really hate the progressive deals with this shop....but because they don't cover A-1 collision cost, I now know where it is that they save their money from...they would rather pay a company that is incompetent when it comes to service.

So I wrecked my vehicle around the beginning of November and my insurance went ahead and serviced it with Laredo Chevrolet on Saunders, Body Shop. It’s been almost two months and u have yet to receive my vehicle. I’ve non stopped been try to reach them by phone, but of course, no one can pick up a simple phone call. And when they do, it’s either them still working on the paint for the body of my car or it’s the wheel itself that’s still missing a part to be delivered. Overall, their customer service is poor and if this is how long one usually waits under the repair of their insurance, then damn… either I have to switch my insurance provider or simply take it to faster more efficient body sho…

Did an excellent job, looks as good as new. Antualh Rios made the process and transaction smooth and easy. Just gave him the info he needed and he took care of everything. Turn around time was more than reasonable.
