I bought a new ignition node from this company. It turned out to be faulty. It came with a warranty. I had an issue getting a hold of the company because the text number that they give is not very responsive. However I did end up calling the number and talking to Walton and knew his stuff and was very kind. They sent me a new one right away and all is working great so far!

As employee for a carrier company. . Came across a shipping label that was paid for and addressed by the company and got the ship to and ship from back wards. When we tried to contact the person who made the shipping label she got all mad as we tried to let her know. I'd be mad too if I got called out for making an idiot shipping label mistake costing the company money.

Extremely Happy with Auto Tech. Received my product in 2 days and was able to get help on the phone step by step. Dealer was going to charge me 4x times the amount . Even got other items that I didn’t know about for my 2020 Dodge Ram 1500. Excellent place. Highly recommend it. They even had YouTube video for me to see step by step. Amazing….

I always recommend this business, please be aware that the correct address should be 102 North Malinche, head southbound Malinche till it ends or intersects with Mercer. If coming from south, the best way is driving through Meadow turn east on mercer till it ends.

Great product and support. Got product in 5 days via UPS ground. Took 10 minutes to switch out. Hiccup free installation. Saved time with one stop shopping. Otherwise would have to get module and key fobs separately then pay a locksmith or auto electric shop to pair with truck. Highly recommended
