Terrible experience. Would give them zero stars if possible. I had called multiple times regarding a windshield replacement as I was coming in from a different city. Was given similar quotes by 3 different individuals. I was informed that I had to bring my vehicle for inspection in order for them to proceed with the windshield replacement as they had to inspect and order the windshield before inst…
Really bad customer service. Took my vehicle for a service and they didn’t even bother to call for an update. Had to be constantly calling to the service department. Worse part is that the advisors are always “busy” had to leave messages with the receptionist.
Extremely rude and poor customer service! Employee hung up on me!
